Fee Schedule The Court of Appeals Miscellaneous Fee Schedule promulgated by the judicial conference and authorized by 28 U.S.C. 1913, sets appellate court fees and exemptions. The Electronic Public Access Fee Schedule sets the fees and exemptions for electronic access to court documents. Electronic access fees are managed by the PACER Service Center, which bills users quarterly for electronic access. Payments Acceptable forms of payment are cash (exact change only), credit cards, or checks made payable to "Clerk, U.S. Courts," for all fees except those Attorney Admissions related (those must be made electronically).
